The "Pod Cafe" is returning this year to the Charleston Food + Wine Festival's Culinary Village, and I'll be recording live on Friday or Saturday afternoons.
On Friday, I'll be one of the guests with Andrew and Bryan on the Tales from the Pits podcast, discussing all things barbecue. My segment is scheduled to record around 3:30 pm.
The following day, Parker Milner and I will be recording the first of what should be a regular of series of food-focused podcasts as part of the Post & Courier's Understand SC series. We'll be kicking off around 1:00 pm and recording through 3:00 pm.
